You can make some lovely little Easter nests for you and your friends – all you
need is a SMARTIES Party Cake mix and a muffin tin and cases.
You could sprinkle the little white stars around the nests if you like, or if you
think that might spoil the ‘nesty’ look, then just eat them as they are: you deserve
it for all that baking!

Method
Put the 12 paper muffin cases into the tin (if you have a tin for six muffins, then you can bake in two batches). Heat the oven and make up the cake mix as on the packet, then divide the mixture between the cases - about 2 tablespoons in each.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, until the cakes are risen and firm (they will only half fill the cases, which makes a good proportion for the nests).
When the cakes are cool, remove them from the cases and turn them upside down. Cut a small dip in the centre of the each with the cutter or a sharp knife, You can throw out the bits of cake you've cut out (or eat them!)
Make up the icing as on the packet, then spread the top of each cake, including into the 'dip', with icing. Swirl it with a fork to look like a nest.
Add three SMARTIES ‘eggs’ to each nest.
