These easy Smarties® & Milkybar® White Chocolate cake pops are the perfect baking activity for all the family!

You'll Need:
50g buttery baking spread
50g caster sugar
50g self-raising flour
1 egg
100g Milkybar buttons
35g white chocolate Smarties, crushed
40g unsalted butter
80g icing sugar

In a large mixing bowl, mix the caster sugar and buttery baking spread until soft and fluffy, then fold in the self-raising flour and egg until you have a smooth batter. Pour the batter into a lined cake tin and bake for approximately 20 minutes until risen and golden. Set aside to cool completely.

While the cake is cooling, mix the butter and icing sugar until smooth to make the buttercream.

Place balls on cookie sheet and freeze for 30 minutes.

In a small heatproof bowl, melt the MILKYBAR buttons in the microwave for 10 seconds at a time until smooth.

Dip the end of a paper stick into the MILKYBAR chocolate and press into cake ball until secure on end of stick. Repeat with remaining sticks. Dip pops into melted MILKYBAR, making sure to coat the whole pop.

Roll pops in the crushed WHITE CHOCOLATE SMARTIES then leave to set.
